Payment Plan
1 Application Money 5 Lakh + S.T
2 Allotment Money (Payable Within 30 days from the date of Application) {10% of total consideration (-) Application Money}  + S.T
3 At the time of Agreement 10% of total consideration + S.T +  
50% of Documentation charges  + S.T as  applicable(if any)         
4 On completion of ground floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
5 On completion of 3rd floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
6 On completion of 7th floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
7 On completion of 11th floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
8 On completion of 15th floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
9 On completion of 18th floor casting 10% of total consideration + S.T
10 On completion of Brick work (of your Flat) 10% of total consideration + S.T
11 On completion of Flooring (of your Flat) 5% of total consideration + S.T
12 On possession 5% of Total Consideration + S.T + The balance amount of documentation charges + Maintenance Charges + Deposits for Rates & Taxes + Sinking Fund + Electricity Meter (in actual) +S.T as applicable (if any)

2 Floor Escalation Charges Rs. 30/- per sq.ft per Floor from 3rd Floor onwards
3 Car parking Charges OCP = 500000/-
BCP = 600000/-
CCP = 700000/-

Extras & Deposits
1 Generator Charge Rs 25,000/- per KVA (2.5 KVA for 3 BHK)
2 Transformer/HT Services Rs 75/- per sq.ft
3 Documentation Charges Rs 31,000 /-
4 Maintenance Deposits Rs 30/- per sq.ft
5 Sinking Fund Rs 30/- per sq.ft
6 CESC  Security Deposit As per actual
7 Deposits for Rates & Taxes Rs.30/- per sq.ft
8 Cost of formation of Society As per actual
9 Cancellation Charge Rs 50,000 before allotment & 10% of Total Consideration after Agreement
10 Nomination Charge Rs 50/- per sq.ft
11 Lock In period 12 months from the date of allotment
12 Late payment charges Interest @18% per annum
